REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
• Not marked as Final Sale

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at graceleeboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
• Pack your item(s) securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email notification. If approved:

• Original payment method: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Store credit: Available immediately upon approval (great for faster resolution!).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item before it sells out!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at graceleeboutique@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and the issue

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. All final sale purchases are non-refundable.
